Receive confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Shipping & delivery: We forward your order directly to our partners, who will ship the product to you.

3. How long does shipping take?

Our delivery time is usually 5–8 business days, both within Germany and for international orders.
The exact timeframe may vary slightly depending on the product and warehouse location.

All orders are shipped with tracking.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
